Jacquie Baker, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Calgary, aims to explore whether epidural electrical stimulation of the spinal cord improves heart health after spinal cord injury. Jacquie used the Dr. Hubert van Tol Travel Fellowship to attend the 35th International Symposium on the Autonomic Nervous System in California, USA.
