Grant Bruno, a Samson Cree Nation member and Brain Canada award recipient, is researching autism in Maskwacis, Alberta — where it's called pîtoteyihtam, "thinks differently." Using community-led, decolonizing methods, he aims to improve services and shape policy for First Nations families.
